Jessi Anjuli Smith is an artist located in Portland, Oregon.

In painting and drawing, she has explored many various subject matters. Everything from: figurative, portraiture, landscapes and cityscapes, “dreamscapes”, “doodle paintings”, pet portraits and animal art, creature paintings, abstract, and digital art. FINALLY she’s beginning to NARROW HER FOCUS on architectural art and figurative art!! Architecture interests her, because of the interesting geometric shapes and how she can create these images both out of her imagination and from photos for a more realistic touch. Some of her best work, she added epic skyscapes surrounding the architecture. She plans to create more of these! Figurative, because the subject is ALIVE, and people’s bodies are beautiful and AMAZING! More of these coming soon!

Her main mediums are charcoal, digital, acrylic paint, and graphite (although she’s explored other mediums as well, and sometimes uses mixed media).

Her prints are ALL limited edition, signed and numbered. She’s started to make appearances at FIRST AND LAST THURSDAYS (and FIRST FRIDAYS in Milwaukie) and might be at Saturday Market in the near future. Her prints are sold for $5 off when you find her at the art markets! She’s working hard on painting NEW BIGGER ORIGINALS ASAP!

She also creates some music, and might release a small EP soon with 4-6 new songs on it! However, that might not happen too. Depends. We’ll see. ;)

She is grateful to GOD every day that she gets to make progress creatively, and create more!
